There are just too many instances to count where I save images from the web and often times I spend way too long at image format conversion sites. I wanted a tool that can help me save + convert that image at the same time; effectively cutting out me needing to spend time at these conversion sites.
At the same time, I wanted a tool that also helps me convert and save images that are in webp format, for when I use applications that don't support webp.
I wanted this tool to be dead simple. So, we get a preference panel which you don't need to interact with unless you change your format preferences; and everything else lives in the context menu.
A side note though - The tool however isn't perfect, and is being continously improved.
